I have stayed at this hotel few days ago ,it It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient,the reception staff was very kind and helpful,i was dressed in ladies business attire and i went to the reception and spoke to the ladies who were very kind,polite and respectful and they have encouraged me so much 😊 ,Ms Latifa the female receptionist was very nice and kind she was dressed professionally and she liked the ladies business attire i was wearing that time , also the lady in the housekeeping helped me to turn the ladies shirt collar on my blazer .

Stay if you like your things stolen

Stayed here for a work trip. Wouldn't recommend as in my locked hotel room, someone went through my bags, stole my laptop and iPad. Came back to my hotel room - still locked - but items now stolen. Getting Michael, the manager, to then deal with the request was difficult and now months on still have no correspondence from himself as he didn't want to deal with the situation. He has been rude and no help. Another member of staff helped me resolve the situation and receive rightful compensation. I also wouldn't recommend staying there because across the street (and the block really) is a lot of construction going on. Not really the fault of the hotel, but a warning as it is a long-term construction that will wake you up - particularly in the summer when you have the windows open. I do, however, want to thank the front of desk staff who do their absolute best and provide great service in spite of what Michael, the manager, can provide to them. If you are forced to stay here, don't take anything valuable or at the very least carry it with you at all times as it is not safe in the hotel room. Even if buried in your suitcase with a locked door.

If I could give zero stars I would Absolutely Atrocious Filty carpets with human Faces smeared on walls Room smelt of unirne And my children got bitten with bed bites and have bites all over please keep away horrible rude staff AVOID AT ALL COST

Me and friend stayed there for five days in december. Room was very comfortable, heating was excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is cleaned every day and the towels and sheets were also chanhed every day. Location is great also, about 15 minute walk to Ziele and museums on river shore. Free coffe and fruit was also a great bonus. If I ever again visit Frankfurt i wilč definitely stay there.

The room was very comfortable and cool, and the restaurant staff let us order even though it was technically past their closing time. The food was delicious especially the garlic bread!) and they gave us some free mango shots at the end. Great value for money given that it was a full hotel room that was cheaper than any of the nearby hostels.. only £45 for 3 people for a night, so an absolute bargain
